Article 1**
Real estate may be expropriated or the ownership of which may be restricted only in public interest as determined on the basis of law, against compensation which may not be lower than its market price.**

Article 2
The public interest for expropriation of real estate shall be determined by law or a decision of the Government rendered in conformity with this Law.

Article 3
For the purposes of this Law, real estate shall be understood to mean land, buildings and other structures.
