Article 1
This Law shall regulate the legal status of companies and other forms of organization in compliance with this Law, and in particular their incorporation, managing, status changes, changes of legal form, dissolution and other issues relevant for their status, as well as the legal status of entrepreneurs.
The provisions hereof shall also apply to all forms of businesses operation that are established and under a separate law, unless otherwise provided by that law.
