Pipelines will be designed and constructed within a corridor determined by the spatial plan, on a route determined as providing the safety of pipelines and human life and health, environment and tangible property, with regard to natural and work created conditions, and by enforcing regulations.
Pipeline route will be marked in the prescribed manner.
Pipelines on which the third party access right will not be applied are not intended for performing the activities of common interest and cannot be constructed if expropriation is involved.
