***PUBLISHER'S NOTE: Law Amending the Planning and Construction Law (Službeni glasnik RS, No. 9/20) entered into force on the eighth day upon its publication in the Službeni glasnik Republike Srbije, i.e. on 12 February 2020, except for the provision of Article 3 of this Law, adding to Article 8a of the Law, entering into force on 1 June 2020 and the provisions of Article 43 of this Law (in the part relating to Art. 162e, 162f, 162g, 162h, 162i, 162j, 162k, 162l and 162m), entering into force on the day of accession of the Republic of Serbia to the European Union (see Article 56 of the Law - 9/2020-3).
