  • Article 2

    Certain expressions used herein shall have the following meaning:

    1) Advertising shall mean any form of presentation in connection with business operations or professional or business activity in order to stimulate sales of goods and services, sales of real estate, as well as the transfer of rights and obligations;

    2) Advertising message shall mean a notification that makes the content of advertising, regardless of the form, manner or means by which it is being conveyed;

    3) Advertiser shall mean a person who advertises, and who has the status of a trader pursuant to the regulations governing the trade, or works in the name and for the account of a trader, i.e. performs professional or business activity of selling goods and services, real estate, as well as transfer of rights and obligations, in accordance with special regulations;

    4) Advertising message carrier shall mean persons conveying an advertising message through a medium owned or published by them, or a domain registered to them, or who have the right of use or any other right over such media and domains based on which they are authorized to convey advertising messages, as well as the organizer of public manifestations and events at which the advertising messages are conveyed.
