Article 3
The amount of a conversion fee shall be established by a body of a local self-government unit in charge of property-legal relations, in accordance with the act on determining the average price per square meter of the construction land per zones for determining property tax, adopted by a local self-government unit, in the territory of the construction land for which the application for conversion has been submitted and the procedure conducted in accordance with this Law, in accordance with the regulation governing property tax. The fee thus determined shall represent the market value of the construction land concerned.
The fee amount referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article may be reduced in accordance with the regulations prescribed by this Law and the regulations on state aid control.
