Article 1
This Law shall regulate: prohibition of harassment at work and in relation to work; measures for prevention of harassment and furthering relations at work; procedure for protection of persons exposed to harassment at work and in relation to work and other issues of relevance for the prevention and protection against harassment at work and in relation to work.
All the terms used in this Law in masculine gender shall imply the same terms in feminine gender. -
Article 2
The provisions of this Law shall apply to employers, employees in accordance with the law regulating labour, law regulating rights and obligations of civil servants and state employees and law regulating rights and obligations of the employees with the territorial autonomy units and local self-government units, as well as to the persons hired outside of employment, such as the persons performing temporary and periodical jobs or jobs based on service agreements or some other agreements, persons pursuing additional work, persons attending vocational training and advanced training with the employee without concluding an employment contract, volunteers and any other persons participating in the work of the employer on any other basis (hereinafter: the employee).

Article 3
The provisions of this Law shall additionally apply to the cases of sexual harassment, in compliance with the law regulating labour.
