Article 1
This Law shall regulate: sustainable development of housing, building management, the use and maintenance of a building, shared and separate parts of a building, the procedure of eviction and relocation, housing support, registers and records, supervision of implementation of the provisions of this Law and other issues of significance for housing policy.
The provisions of this Law shall not pertain to the disposal, use, management and maintenance of residential buildings, apartments, garages and commercial spaces used for the needs of the ministry in charge of defence and Serbian Army, and the building structures for temporary housing of professional members of Serbian Army and employees of the ministry in charge of defence.
