Article 1This Law shall regulate contributions for mandatory social insurance (hereinafter: contributions), payers of contributions, contributions' bases, contributions' rates, method of contributions' calculation and payment, as well as other issues of significance for determining and payment of contributions.

Article 2
Contributions shall provide the means for financing of mandatory social insurance, and specifically:
1) pension and disability insurance;
2) medical insurance;
3) unemployment insurance. -
Article 3
Contributions, within the meaning of this Law, shall be:
1) for pension and disability insurance:
(1) contribution for mandatory pension and disability insurance;
(2) additional contribution to the period of insurance that is calculated at an accelerated rate in compliance with the law;
(3) contribution in the event of disability and physical impairment from an injury at work and occupational disease in cases laid down by the law.
2) for medical insurance:
(1) contribution for mandatory medical insurance;
(2) contribution in the event of an injury at work and occupational disease in cases laid down by the law.
3) for unemployment insurance - contribution for mandatory insurance against unemployment.
