Article 1
This Law shall govern the establishment, content, grounds for recording, and manner of keeping of the Centralised records of beneficial owners of legal persons and other entities registered in the Republic of Serbia in accordance with law (hereinafter referred to as: Centralised Records), and other issues relevant for the recording of beneficial owners.
