Article 3
Hospitality activity is provision of accommodation services, preparation and serving of food, drinks and beverages, as well as preparation and delivery of food to users for consumption in another location, which is conducted by the proprietor in a hospitality establishment, outside of a hospitality establishment and in a mobile food establishment, in compliance with this Law and regulations adopted on the basis of this Law.
Hospitality activity shall be conducted in an establishment and/or in the premises that are complying with the prescribed minimum technical and sanitary-hygienic conditions and/or standards for conducting of the said business activity.
Regulations governing protection of cultural resources and regulations governing protection of nature shall apply to conducting of hospitality activity in the part of the premises that is at the same time a protected cultural resource and/or protected area.
