  • Legal Position of the Anti-Corruption Agency
     Article 3

    The Anti-Corruption Agency (hereinafter referred to as: The Agency) shall be an autonomous and independent state body, which, for the performance of the tasks within its jurisdiction reports to the National Assembly.

    The Agency shall have the status of a legal entity.
