  • Article 3

    Elections for members of parliament to the National Assembly shall be called by the President of the Republic, so as to be held no earlier than 60, and no later than 120 days from the date of entry into force of this Law.

    Elections for the President of the Republic shall be called by the President of the National Assembly, by 31 December 2007, that is, no later than 60 days from the date of entry into force of the last of the laws governing the status and elections for the President of the Republic, defence and the Army of Serbia, foreign affairs and security services. 

    Election for members of the Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina shall be called by the President of the National Assembly, by 31 December 2007, that is, no later than 60 days from the date of entry into force of the law governing territorial organization of the Republic of Serbia.

    The President of the National Assembly shall call elections for members of assemblies of local self-government units, by 31 December 2007, that is, no later than 60 days from the date of entry into force of the laws governing territorial organization of the Republic of Serbia, local self-government, local elections and the status of the capital city.
