Article 1
This Law shall regulate the rights and obligations of the employed concluding a contract of employment with a temporary-work agency with a view to being assigned to user employer for temporary work, under the conditions laid down by this Law, equal treatment of the temporary agency workers in respect of exercising certain rights from an employment relationship and on the basis of work, working conditions of the temporary-work agency, method and conditions for assignment of workers, relationship between the agency and the user undertaking, and obligations of the agency and user undertaking towards the temporary agency workers.
This Law shall apply to all the temporary agency workers irrespective of the type of employment relationship and working time.
The law regulating labour shall apply to anything not regulated by this Law.
