Article 1

The official Republic gazette shall be the Službeni glasnik Republike Srbije (hereinafter: Službeni glasnik).

Issuing of the Službeni glasnik shall be an activity of general interest, which shall be conducted by a public enterprise founded by the Republic of Serbia (hereinafter: the Public Enterprise).
