Pursuant to this Law, the following shall be mandatorily published in the Službeni glasnik: the acts of the National Assembly, international agreements, acts of the President of the Republic, acts of the Government, acts of the Ministries and special organisations, acts of the Constitutional Court, acts of the High Court Council, acts of the High Prosecutorial Council, acts of the courts and Public Prosecutor's Offices, acts of other Republic authorities, acts of the National Bank of Serbia, judgements of the European Court of Human Rights, decisions of the United Nations human rights treaty bodies, regulations passed by the holders of public powers, other acts for which that has been determined by the law, consolidated texts and corrigenda of the acts.

The following shall be published in the Službeni glasnik: the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia, acts on amendment to the Constitution, constitutional law on implementation of the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia, constitutional law on implementation of the amendment to the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia, laws, other regulations and general acts of the National Assembly.

Other acts of the National Assembly shall be published in the Službeni glasnik as well, for which such publication in the Službeni glasnik is laid down by a special law or by a decision of the National Assembly.

The Service of the National Assembly shall ensure publication of the acts adopted by the National Assembly in the Službeni glasnik.
