  • Article 1

    Amnesty shall be granted to persons - Yugoslav citizens, who in the period from 1 January 1999 until 31 May 2001 in the territory of the Municipalities of Preševo, Medveđa and Bujanovac committed, and/or for whom there is reasonable doubt that they have committed, the criminal offence of terrorism referred to in Article 125 and the criminal offence of association for the purpose of committing hostile activities referred to in Article 136, prescribed by the Criminal Law of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Službeni list SFRJ, Nos. 44/76, 36/77, 34/84, 37/84, 74/87, 57/89, 3/90, 38/90, 45/90, 54/90 and Službeni list SRJ, Nos. 35/92, 16/93, 37/93, 24/94 and 61/2001).

    The persons - Yugoslav citizens, who have committed and/or for whom there is reasonable doubt that they have committed the criminal offence of terrorism referred to in Article 125 in connection with Article 139, paras. 1 and 3 and the criminal offence of association for the purpose of committing hostile activities referred to in Article 136 in connection with Article 139, paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Criminal Law of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia shall also be covered by the amnesty referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article.

    The amnesty referred to in paras. 1 and 2 of this Article shall include acquittal from criminal prosecution and acquittal from enforcement of the sanction.

  • Article 2

    If a criminal procedure has not been instituted against the person referred to in Article 1 of this Law, such procedure shall not be instituted and if the criminal procedure is in progress, it shall be discontinued.

    If a prison sanction has been finally imposed against the person referred to in Article 1 of this Law, he shall be acquitted from the enforcement of such sanction in its entirety or in the part thereof that has not been enforced.

  • Article 3
    The amnesty shall be without prejudice to the rights of the third persons which are based on the judgement.
