Article 1
Amendments I to XXIX to the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia (hereinafter referred to: Amendments) shall apply from the day on which they are proclaimed by the National Assembly unless otherwise provided by this Law in respect of the application of individual Amendments.

Article 2
The Law on Judges, the Law on Organisation of Courts, the Law on Public Prosecution, the Law on High Judicial Council and the Law on State Prosecutorial Council shall be brought in line with the Amendments within one year from the date of entry into force of the Amendments.
Provisions of other laws shall be brought in line with the Amendments within the two years' term.

Article 3
The courts and public prosecutors' offices shall continue operating until the entry in force of the regulation bringing their competences and organisation, as well as the status of judges, public prosecutors and deputy public prosecutors in line with the Amendments, unless otherwise provided by this Law.

Article 4
The High Judicial Council and the State Prosecutorial Council shall continue operating until the entry into force of the regulations brining the election of their membership and competences in line with the Amendments, unless otherwise provided by this Law.
The members of the existing term of the High Judicial Council among the ranks of the judges and the members of the State Prosecutorial Council among the ranks of the deputy public prosecutors shall continue performing their functions as the members of the High Judicial Council and the High Prosecutorial Council in accordance with the Amendments, until the expiry of the term to which they have been elected.
The High Judicial Council and the High Prosecutorial Council shall be constituted upon the election of other members in accordance with the Amendments, within 90 days from the date of entry into force of the regulations brining in line the election of their members and competences with the Amendments. The President of the High Judicial Council and the President of the High Prosecutorial Council shall be elected within 15 days from the date of constitution of the High Judicial Council and/or the High Prosecutorial Council.

Article 5
The High Judicial Council, State Prosecutorial Council, the Government and the National Assembly shall continue performing their respective competences vis-à-vis the judges, Presidents of the courts, public prosecutors and deputy public prosecutors that they have under the laws that are in force until the constitution of the High Judicial Council and High Prosecutorial Council, in accordance with the laws brining the election of their members and competence in line with the Amendments, unless otherwise provided by this Law.

Article 6
Judges elected to permanent term of office prior to entry into force of the Amendments shall continue to perform their functions in the courts to which they have been elected.
The deputy public prosecutors elected to the permanent term of office prior to entry into force of the Amendments shall continue to perform their function in public prosecutors' offices to which they have been elected.

Article 7
Judges and deputy public prosecutors that have been elected prior to entry into force of the Amendments for the three-years' term of office shall be considered, as of the date of entry into force of the Amendments, to be elected to the permanent term of office of judges, i.e. deputy public prosecutors, the decision on which shall be passed by the High Judicial Council and/or State Prosecutorial Council.
The National Assembly shall continue electing judges and deputy public prosecutors for the first time to perform these functions until the constitution of a new term of the High Judicial Council and High Prosecutorial Council, and the new terms of the High Judicial Council and of the High Prosecutorial Council shall note that their term of office shall become permanent.

Article 8
The President of the Supreme Court of Cassation that has been elected prior to entry into force of the Amendments shall continue performing his/her function until the expiry of the term of office to which he/she is elected and may be elected to perform the function of the President of the Supreme Court, in accordance with the laws brining their election in line with the Amendments.
The Presidents of the courts that have been elected prior to entry into force of the Amendments shall continue performing their function until the expiry of the term of office to which they are elected and may be elected to perform the function of the President of court with the same court, in accordance with the laws brining their election in line with the Amendments.
The Republic Public Prosecutor that has been elected prior to entry into force of the Amendments shall continue performing his/her function until the expiry of the term of office to which he/she is elected and may be elected to perform the function of the Supreme Public Prosecutor, in accordance with the laws brining their election in line with the Amendments.
The Public Prosecutors which have been elected prior to entry into force of the Amendments shall continue performing their function until the expiry of the term of office to which they are elected and may be elected to perform the function of the head of public prosecutor's office in the same public prosecution, in accordance with the laws brining their election in line with the Amendments.

Article 9
This constitutional law shall enter into force on the day of its proclamation in the session of the National Assembly.
