Article 1
This Law shall regulate the notion, objectives, principles and the field of action of the social entrepreneurship, the legal position, rights and obligations of the entities conducting the activities with the social entrepreneurship status, conditions for acquiring and termination of social entrepreneurship status, the notion of the socially vulnerable groups, promotion of the development of social entrepreneurship and support to socially vulnerable groups, registration of social entrepreneurship status, reporting, supervision and other issues of significance for social entrepreneurship in the Republic of Serbia.
