Article 3
Payments, collections and transfers against current transactions between residents and non-residents shall be unrestricted, in conformity with the present Law.
Payments and transfers against current transactions shall cover the following without any restrictions:
1) Payments on the basis of foreign trade transactions and other current foreign transactions as referred to in the law governing foreign trade;
2) Payments on the basis of repayment of the principal and interest on credits;
3) Repatriation of investments, as well as transferring abroad and bringing in the profits stemming from direct investments;
4) Transfers to individuals on the basis of old age pensions, disability pensions and other public welfare benefits, transfers based on taxes and fees, inter-government cooperation, indemnity on the basis of insurance contracts, transfers on the basis of enforceable and effective decisions, transfers on the basis of games-of-chance winnings, concession fees, membership fees and fines and other transfers, as well as transfers based on family sustenance costs.
