Position of Government
Article 1

Executive power in the Republic of Serbia is vested in the Government.
Formulation and Conduct of Policy and Enforcement of Laws
Article 2

The Government shall formulate and conduct the policy of the Republic of Serbia within the framework of the Constitution, laws and other general acts of the National Assembly.

The Government shall enforce laws and other general acts of the National Assembly by passing general and individual legal acts and by taking other measures.
Proposing Acts to the National Assembly
Article 3
The Government shall propose to the National Assembly laws, budgets and other general and individual acts.
