Article 3
For the purposes of this Law, a domestic person shall mean a legal entity, a subsidiary of a domestic or foreign legal entity, an entrepreneur based in or registered in the Republic of Serbia, as well as a physical person residing in the Republic of Serbia, except a physical person residing outside of Republic of Serbia for longer than one year.
For the purposes of this Law, a domestic person shall mean any person not listed in paragraph 1 of this Article.
